Leverage My Expertise for Your Next Publication
Getting covered by traditional and online media alike is very humbling. If you are covering a story on Online marketing, SEO/SEM, Â Local Search, or a related topic, I’d love to be cited in your piece. I’ve been covered by a number of reputed and authoritative media publications both online and offline in the recent past, and hope to continue providing value to all publications who consider me as a citation in their work.
As an evangelist of Search Marketing, I love giving informational seminars on the value of search. I’ve done so for multiple businesses ranging from the Fortune 500 to local and national clients, including guest speaking seminars at universities such as the University of Toronto.
My value proposition in all speaking engagements lies in breaking down difficult concepts around online marketing and media, into short, succinct, and actionable advice on bridging the gap between technology and marketing.
The following are some media publications I’ve been mentioned in:

Guest Lecturing and University Course Contributions

In September 2007, I had the unique opportunity to integrate my knowledge of Search Marketing into one of the few Internet Marketing courses offered in Canada. Specifically, I worked with Professor Tim Richardson, one of the leading authorities on e-commerce on expanding the focus and content of his Marketing in the Information Age 4th year undergraduate course.
I also guest lecture at the University of Toronto on internet marketing and SEO, to groups ranging from 40-70 students. My presentations focus on building a foundation in SEO as a technical and marketing art, followed by an introduction into SEO as a career stream. I’ve received many positive comments on my presentations, and hope to do more of them this year. Having done guest lectures in 2008 and 2009, I’m looking forward to this becoming a regular feature every semester.
In the May 2009, I’ve contributed to the final exam material of the Communication Culture and Information Technology course at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
Availability For Future Speaking Engagements
Leveraging search marketing for achieving business goals is a passion of mine, and I thoroughly sharing my knowledge with others so that they can reap the benefits of targeted SEO/SEM solutions the way myself and my clients have. Types of speaking engagements I am interested in include:
- Corporate Education on Leveraging Internet Marketing
- Developing Corporate Buy-in on SEO/SEM Investments - Perhaps you’re the only one spearheading the adoption of search marketing in your company. I can help break down complicated concepts, remove technical jargon, and essentially provide a ‘ What to Know in SEO for the CEO’ type presentation. I do this on a daily basis with clients who have never invested in Search, or have stayed away from it due to misconceptions and myths.
- Educational Presentations at Colleges and Universities -Â As a young ‘intrapreneur’ and entrepreneur alike, I find it a very gratifying experience to tell my story and involvement in this industry from a young age.
- Breaking Down Myths, Misconceptions That Scare You Away from Search – Businesses lose thousands of dollars every day due to lack of planning and implementation of online marketing programs. SEO and SEM when measured correctly can generate 500% ROI and ranges up from there – I can help put together a structured marketing program that is ROI focused and results driven.
