Great slide show. AS far as citations I have noticed that universalbusiness listings is a great service. However, the citations are thin, meaning most directories allow you to add tons of information like videos, blog posts(Merchant Circle) and photos. UBL listings lose their “legs” after they go through the first level of data aggregators. With Hand Submitted submissions to most all of the citation sites you will get a higher ranking profile and seems to boost your google Map listing.
