I have been checking this tool out just recently actually and whilst it's good, I cannot see it offering any value than other tools, yes you can manage your keywords in one place and link it up to your AdWords and Analytics but as far as keyword suggestions go and relevance, it initially would not sway me to pay for the tool.

Many online marketers know how to find and optimize organic and paid search campaigns based on traffic estimation numbers, competition, and other indicators such as web analytics data. What’s somewhat more difficult is to optimize for a larger group of similar keywords that can have significant impact on ROI. In my experience, search marketers tend to focus on generic, high-traffic terms that may be extremely hard to monetize due to the many stages of the conversion process on any website. Generic terms are great to get traffic and introduce yourself to consumers, but consumers are less likely to convert on those highly sought after terms versus long-ta

The keyword grouper is something, this feature is very useful in keyword work. I use the iSpionage keyword tool which also has a grouping feature and they work pretty much the same way. Although the Keyword grouper can group at any time, and mine needs to get to the grouping step, passed the first two..

Fantastic tool, I think it may actually be better than Google's as it lists many more options. Google's has always striked me as being more for advertisers.
